From overgrown to a clear plan
Dense brush makes it hard to see your property’s potential. Stumps, roots, and piles of debris can stand in the way of a homesite, a pasture, or a usable driveway.
We start with what you want to do with the land. Then we define the clearing limits, identify trees to keep, and plan removal and cleanup around the finish your project actually needs.
Let’s talk about your propertyWhat you gain
Clear the areas you need for a homesite, access, pasture, or your next improvement.
Where needed, extract stumps and roots below the surface and address the resulting holes.
Know how material will be handled and what will remain on site before work starts.
Coordinate raking and any additional grading around your builder, seeding, or access plans.

Know what to expect
Forestry mulching chips vegetation above ground and generally leaves stumps and roots in place. Full clearing with root extraction is a different scope. We explain which approach supports your plans before you commit.

“They nailed the project by clearing the land and removing all the debris from the property. I couldn’t have asked for better service.”
Straight answers before you decide
Yes. Selective clearing can preserve agreed trees while opening the areas you need. We discuss the clearing limits and trees to keep before equipment starts.
Stump extraction, root raking, debris handling, and grading are defined in your estimate. The depth and extent of root removal depend on the future use and site conditions; they should never be assumed from a clearing price alone.
Acreage, vegetation density, tree size, access, ground conditions, stump and root work, debris handling, and the requested finish all affect pricing. We review the property to recommend a practical scope.
Clearing is one step in site preparation. Your project may also need grading, fill, compaction testing, permits, or engineered plans. We discuss the next phase and coordinate our scope with your plans.
