Can you clear the property and prepare the pad?
Yes. We can coordinate clearing, grubbing, fill placement, and grading in one defined scope, or assess a site that has already been cleared.
Do you supply and spread clean fill?
Yes. Fill placement and compaction can be included. Material suitability and quantity depend on site conditions and the project requirements.
Do I need plans before requesting an estimate?
No plans are needed to begin a conversation. A firm construction scope may depend on a survey, elevations, builder or engineer requirements, and site conditions. Share what you have during follow-up.
Is compaction testing included?
Do not assume testing is included unless it is specified in your estimate. Equipment compaction and independent testing are different services; required test methods and acceptance criteria come from the project requirements.
Do you pour the foundation?
No. This service covers site earthwork and pad preparation. Concrete pouring and foundation construction are handled separately.
